Description/Agenda

Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Planning Commission will hold four public hearings on Thursday, February 10, 2022, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315. 1. The purpose of the first public hearing is to consider the request of a conditional use permit for Tyson Payne for an oversized structure totaling 1,500sqft located at 4969 S 5300 W 2. The purpose of the second public hearing is to consider the request of a conditional use permit for Travis Haynes for an oversized structure totaling 1800sqft located at 5948 W 5900 S 3. The purpose of the third public hearing is to consider the request of a conditional use permit for Michael Crook for an oversized structure totaling 1,728sqft located at 5271 W 3750 S 4. The purpose of the fourth public hearing is to consider the final review of the Parker Heritage Estates Subdivision located at approximately 6300 West 6000 South for H.L. Parker Farms All interested parties are invited to attend.
