KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: An application from property owners Mark Lund & Kelly White, requesting a zone change for 478 South Main Street from KCC 17-12 R-1 Single Family Residential District to KCC Title 17-16 R-M Multiple Family Residential District. The subject property is a .56 acre/24,262 square foot undeveloped parcel on the corner of 475 South and Main Street. The zone change would allow for the construction of multiple dwelling units on the site. Comments may be submitted by attending the public hearing or through the online form at: https://www.kaysvillecity.com/435/Planning-Commission (comment form is at the bottom of the webpage).
