THE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICED BELOW HAS BEEN CANCELLED. IT WILL BE RE-SCHEDULED AT A LATER DATE. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SOUTH OGDEN CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the South Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive and consider comments on a proposed development agreement with Ogden Clinic for a building to be located at 1394 E 6000 S. The building will serve as management offices for Ogden Clinic. Among other things, the agreement will ask for an exemption from the siting and setback requirements of the Gateway General Subdistrict in which it is located. The public hearing will be held at 6:15 pm, or as soon as the agenda permits, during the South Ogden City Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, February 10, 2022. The meeting will be located at City Hall, 3950 Adams Ave., South Ogden, Utah, 84403, in the city council chambers and is open to the public; however, the city will abide by all COVID-19 restrictions in place at the time of the meeting, including wearing of masks, social distancing, and number of people allowed to gather at one time.
