Midvale Planning and Zoning Commission Notice of Pubic Hearing February 9, 2022 6:00 p.m. The Midvale Planning Commission will consider the items listed below during their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 9, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 7505 S. Holden Street, Midvale City, UT. This meeting will be held in-person and electronically. All meeting attendees are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines to ensure a safe meeting environment. The meeting will be broadcast at: www.MidvaleCity.org/YouTube Public Hearing 1. Boyd Brown requests Minor Subdivision approval to subdivide a property into two lots located at 6871 S 185 E in the Single Family Residential/Duplex Overlay (SF-1/DO) zone. (21-010; Wendelin Knobloch) 2. Jake Tate, representing Anderson Wahlen & Associates, requests Rezone, Preliminary Subdivision and Conditional Use Permit approval for a project located at 1122 E Fort Union Blvd to allow for a 5-story apartment
