WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF GENERAL PLAN/ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a study meeting on February 2, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. and a public hearing on February 9, 2022, at 4:00 p.m., or as soon as business permits, before the West Valley Planning Commission. Both meetings can be attended in person in the Council Chambers at West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah or electronically via Zoom at: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/88955119737, on the following application: Application #GPZ-2-2022, filed by Christopher Clifford Requesting an amendment to the General Plan of West Valley City by reclassifying the following described property from Mixed Use and Large Lot Residential (2 to 3 units/acre) to Small Lot Residential (4 to 7 units/acre) and a zone change from A (Agriculture, minimum lot size 1/2 acre) to RS (Residential Sustainability). The property is located at 5143 West 3500 South on 5.9 acres. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments.
