- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held during a regular meeting of the Mapleton City Planning Commission on THURSDAY, February 10, 2022, AT 6:00 P.M. to consider: 1. Consideration of a request to rezone 4 acres of property located at approximately 1200 North and 450 West from A-2 to RA-2 and review of a Preliminary Plat consisting of five lots. The Planning Commission's Agenda may include additional items not included in this Public Notice. Please see the Planning Commission Agenda for all items being discussed at this meeting. ___________________________________________ April Houser, Executive Secretary Posted at the below locations on January 26, 2022: 1. Mapleton Community Center Building 2. Ira Allan Park 3. On website at www.mapleton.org In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearing should notify April Houser at Mapleton City, 125 West Community Center Way (400 N.), Mapleton, UT 84664, or by phone, (801) 489-6138, giving her at least 24 hours notice.
