NOTICE INVITING BIDS PROVO CITY CORPORATION will receive sealed bids for Construction of the 2022 Franklin Neighborhood Concrete Improvement Project, Bid No. PROVOEN202217004. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. March 17, 2022 at the Provo City Engineering Office, 1377 South 350 East, Provo, Utah 84606, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. WORK PRIMARILY CONSISTS OF: Work primarily consists of concrete improvements at various locations in the Franklin Neighborhood. It also includes installing a fire hydrant, asphalt paving, and landscape repair. COMPLETION OF WORK: The WORK must be completed by July 31, 2021. OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, may be obtained online at SciQuest (www.purchasing.utah.gov) or at the office of the Provo City Engineering Division beginning February 28, 2022. The cost of the contract documents, when obtained from Provo City Engineering, is $30.00 and is non-refundable. NOTICE OF PUBLICATION: Published in the Daily Herald February 25, 2022 and March 5, and 7, 2022; posted on SciQuest beginning February 28, 2022 through March 10, 2022.
