Description/Agenda

Public Hearing Notice The Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments on an application submitted for a new subdivision to be called Aspen Meadow Southeast Neighborhood. The proposed subdivision will be located in the northeast of Steam Engine Meadows subdivision and zoned single-family residential (R-1). The Public hearing is scheduled for February 15, 2022 during the regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission scheduled to begin at 1:00pm or shortly thereafter. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than February 14, 2021 by 4:30 pm. Details of the proposed subdivision are available for public inspection at the Town office during normal business hours or by contacting the Town offices at 435-677-2029 during normal business hours.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Nancy Leigh (435)677-2029 at least three days prior to the meeting.
