- January 21, 2022 The Pleasant View Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 3, 2022, at the City Office, beginning at 6:00 P.M. to discuss and recommend to City Council the following: - Amending the 18.31 CP-1, CP-2, & CP-3 possibly adding Assisted Living on list - Amending the 18.43.240 D number of driveways dependent on frontage on commercial developments The Pleasant View Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, February 3, 2022, at the City Office, beginning at 6:00 P.M. to discuss and decide on the following site plans: - Hammer Barn: Pole Patch Subdivision located at 4903 Pole Patch Dr - 2738 Rulon White: Bailey flex building - 2700 N project: Bailey flex building located at appx 500 W and the north side of 2700 N - Peak View Plaza: Family Fun Center located appx 500 W between 2700 N and 2550 N The city encourages if anyone has any comments, questions, or concerns please contact the city offices at 801-782-8529 or send an email to jhunt@pleasantviewcity.com
