NOTICE OF A MEETING OF IRC/IBC BOARD OF APPEALS FOR THE CITY OF WOODLAND HILLS BUILDING DEPARTMENT

Public Notice is hereby given that the IRC/IBC Board of Appeals for the City of Woodland Hills Building Department will hold a meeting on Tuesday, January 25th, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. The meeting will be held at the City of Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Dr., Woodland Hills, UT 84653 in the City Council Chambers.

3.1. Appeal Submitted by Tannin and Megan Fuja residing at 1105 S. Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, UT, and their claim that:
The City of Woodland Hills Building Official illegal, arbitrary, & capricious issued an extension of a temporary certificate of occupancy for the residence located at 1115 S. Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, UT 84653.
