- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 beginning at 6:30 p.m. All commissioners and the public are invited to participate in person at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, as well as virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs). 1. Call to Order 2. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 3. Consent Agenda 3.1 Approval of minutes for the regular meeting of January 12, 2022. 4. Public Forum 5. Review Items 5.1 PUBLIC HEARING - Request by Alani Fua for preliminary plan approval of the Pacen Hollow Subdivision, a four-lot subdivision on Utah County Parcel 08:155:0007 located at 294 North 800 East in the R-1-7.5, Residential Zone. 5.2 PUBLIC HEARING - Request by Rob McNeel to change the zoning on Utah County Parcels 29:023:0023 and 29:023:0046 located at 1278 South 1950 West. The applicant is requesting an R-1-10 Residential zoning designation and the property is currently zoned A-5-H (Annexation Holding Zone). 6. Commission and Staff Reports and Training 7. Adjournment
