- The Town of Independence Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on February 2, 2022 to consider a Dark Sky Ordinance and Height Measurement Clarification. The public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held electronically pursuant to UCA ยง 52-4-207(4). Instructions for the link to the meeting will be posted on the Independenceut.org website and the Utah Public Notice website 24 hours before the meeting.
