Notice of a Public Hearing The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, February 2 and Tuesday, February 15, at 6:00 p.m. Zone Map amendments: - D-Land West. The proposal involves changing the current zone from R-R to R-3 for property located at 1113 West 100 South. - D-Land East. The proposal involves changing the current zone from P-F to R-3 for property located at approximately 3100 East 1850 South. - Modera. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from R-R to R-4 and Commercial-2 for property in the vicinity of 2000 West 1900 South. Title 15 amendments: - Title 15 Amendments. Amendments to Title 15 Land Use of the Spanish Fork City Municipal Code. General Plan amendments: - General Plan Amendment. Amendment to the Transportation Element of the General Plan. Construction Standards amendments: - Policy 39 Amendments. Amendments to Policy 39 of the Spanish Fork City Construction Standards. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 40 South Main Street in Spanish Fork.
