1. Meeting Open & Welcome, establish quorum 2. Review & adopt January 11, 2022 meeting minutes 3. Public comment: The chair of the committee invites interested individuals and group representatives to speak during this section of the meeting. Remarks, comments or questions will be limited to a maximum of three minutes. Submission of written comments for this part of the meeting is acceptable. 4. Compensation activity update, including progress of special third-party analysis and report on non-represented benchmark jobs 5. Discussion of topics, statistical data, and recommendations which may be included in the Committee's 2022 annual report, including but not limited to: a. Local area benchmark market data & analysis b. 2021-22 salary budget forecast information c. Employee turnover and recruitment data statistics d. Employee benefits information e. Any other data, report, or information deemed relevant to the Committee's ability to formulate responses and recommendations 6. Unfinished business 7. Confirm next meeting date(s): February 15, 2022, 3:30-5:00 PM; May 10, 2022, 4:00-5:00 PM (as necessary); and, October 4, 2022, 4:00-5:00 PM 8. Adjourn Meeting
