- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on April 27, 2021, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2021-04-21 which approved the site plan for KT Dental located at 332 South 500 East. A copy of the complete text of the ordinance is on file in the City Administrative Offices (51 E. Main Street) and is available for public inspection.
