PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN THAT the Tooele Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during their business meeting scheduled for Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers of City Hall located at 90 North Main Street, Tooele, Utah. Public Hearing on a Conditional Use Permit request by the Tooele County School District to authorize the use of 'Public School' and 'Public Educational Facility' for the new Deseret Peak High School on 57 acres located at approximately 2200 North Berra Boulevard in the RR-5 Residential and GC General Commercial zoning districts.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
