Description/Agenda: Planning Commission Present: Len Gasser Shawn Begay Sheri Pugh City Planner Present: Bret Hosler City Counsel Present: Kellen Nielson City Manager Present: Minutes: Nicole Holliday Bret told the commission about the history of Blanding and when and how the city adopted land use regulations. He talked about some of the history of animal rights and land use. The group discussed that it would be good to continue to learn the history of the area and to continue to learn about land use regulations and ordinances. The commission approved the schedule for next year. Sheri made a motion to approve the schedule and Shawn seconded it. It will be posted on the state website. They also approved the minutes for October. Shawn made a motion to accept the minutes and Sheri seconded the motion. Len made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Sheri seconded the motion.
