NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, in the Lindon City Center, 100 North State Street, Lindon, UT, to consider the following items:
An ordinance enacting Chapter 5.30 and amending sections 17.04.400 regarding employees for home occupation massage therapy businesses and amending the Lindon City Land Use Table. The applicant is Lindon City.
An ordinance amending section 17.48.020 for commercial setbacks from a residential use or zone and enacting a commercial height transition table under 17.48.020 from a residential use or zone. The applicant is Lindon City.
The planning commission encourages the public take appropriate Covid-19 precautions. All interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comment regarding this petition. Interested parties are encouraged to provide written testimony prior to the meeting at planningdept@lindoncity.org.
