PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 11:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. January 5, 2022
2. General Plan Amendment
A. TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN. The proposal involves a revision to the Transportation Master Plan.
3. Constructions Standards
A. CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS. Proposed amendments to Policy 4.39 of the Construction Standards.
4. Concept Review
A. SFCN FIBER HUTS. The concept proposes the construction of fiber huts on various properties within Spanish Fork City.
B. ESCALANTE TOWNHOMES. The concept proposes residential development of property located at approximately 1060 East 400 North.
5. Zone Change
A. D-LAND WEST. The proposal involves changing the current zone from R-R to R-3 for property located at 1113 West 100 South.
B. D-LAND EAST. The proposal involves changing the current zone from P-F to R-3 for property located at approximately 3100 East 1850 South.
