Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing The Eagle Mountain City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on January 25, 2022, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT at 6:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as business allows. The Planning Commission will receive public comments on the following projects: - Founders Square Phase A Preliminary Plat. A 211-lot preliminary plat located on 67.44 acres, parcel 59:018:0044; - Eagle Mountain Data Campus Rezone. A request to add the RTI Overlay Zone to approximately 490 acres, located west of the Facebook Data Center, parcels 59:058:0001 and 59:058:0002; - The Pinnacles Preliminary Plat. A 222-lot preliminary plat located on 65.79 acres, parcel 59:034:0157; - Rush Creek Rezone and Preliminary Plat. An industrial preliminary plat for 15 lots and a request to rezone approximately 3.68 acres to Business Park, parcel 59:034:0009; and - Development Code Amendment. An applicant-proposed amendment to EMMC 17.80 Sign Regulations and Sign Permits. Materials for the public hearing item may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the city website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS. If you need a special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please call the City Recorder's Office at 801.789.6610.
