NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SOUTH OGDEN CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the South Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive and consider comments on a proposed amendment to the Fox Chase Phase 2 Subdivision. The amendment would add the setback areas to the plat for a flag lot located at 5619 Fox Chase Drive. Setbacks for flag lots should have been established on the plat when the subdivision was originally approved; however, in this case, they were not. The proposed setbacks will follow those of the R-1-10 zone where the property is located. They are: Front- 30'; Sides- no less than 10', with the total of the two side yards no less than 24'; Rear- 30'. The Planning Commission will determine if the front yard of the property will be facing north toward Fox Chase Drive or if they will allow it to be on the east side of the property. The public hearing will be held at 6:15 pm, or as soon as the agenda permits, during the South Ogden City Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, January 27, 2022. The meeting will be located at City Hall, 3950 Adams Ave., South Ogden, Utah, 84403, in the city council chambers and is open to the public; however, the city will abide by all COVID-19 restrictions in place at the time of the meeting, including wearing of masks, social distancing, and number of people allowed to gather at one time.
