RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 27, 2022 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Dave Morton with RD Development is request is requesting Multi-Family Site Plan approval for property zone RM-6 and located at approximately 11800 South Redwood Road. - Ivory Development is requesting Subdivision Approval for 51 lots located on 8.89 acres at 11800 South 3600 West. - Mariam Rodriguez is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for Home Occupation for a home-based cookie sales/delivery business, to be located at 11895 S 3200 W. This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3138. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
