- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS JANUARY 25, 2022 AND FEBRUARY 17, 2022 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 1.672 acres of property from CP-2 (Planned Community Commercial) to M-1 (Light Manufacturing/Industrial). The property is located at approximately 178 West 2675 North. The Layton City Council will also hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 17, 20221, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, regarding the same issue.
