IVINS CITY ARTS COMMISSION Agenda Wednesday, January 12, 2022 5:00 pm Ivins City Hall - Council Chambers 435-628-0606 Note: the order of the items discussed on this agenda is subject to change 1. Welcome and call to order a. Acknowledgement of a quorum b. Disclosures/conflicts 2. Discussion and potential action items a. Discuss and consider approval of the minutes of the November meeting b. Complete discussion and approval of acquisition document to City Council (RFP form/ process and the Art on Loan process) c. Review, discuss, and recommend 2022 RAP funds for the arts d. Initiate review of 2020-2021 work plan e. Additional items from the Chair / Vice Chair. 3. Reports a. Status of web page and social media presence 4. Adjournment Next meeting: February 9, 2022 at 5 pm Ivins City will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodation to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
