The Boulder Town Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Thursday, January 13, 2022, starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Boulder Community Center Meeting Room and via Zoom (scroll down for connection info and meeting materials). If you're attending in person, please wear a mask. - Approve agenda; - Approve December minutes; - Elect chair and vice-chair for 2022; - Set 2022 regular meeting schedule; - Open and Public Meetings Act and Ethics training; - Discuss PC process and procedures; - Public Hearing: Steadman/Peterson RSTR CUP; - Discuss and vote on RSTR CUP; - Public Hearing on Gardner RV Park CUP; - Discuss and Vote on RV Park CUP; - Continue discussion on hydrology study; - Continue discussion on Subdivision Streets and Roads; - Upcoming business for February 10; - Final public comments.
