WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF GENERAL PLAN/ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a study meeting on January 19, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. and a public hearing on January 26, 2022, at 4:00 p.m., or as soon as business permits, before the West Valley Planning Commission. Both meetings can be attended in person in the Council Chambers at West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah or electronically via Zoom at: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/88955119737, on the following application: Application #GPZ-1-2022, filed by Anderson Wahlen and Associates Requesting an amendment to the General Plan of West Valley City by reclassifying the following described property from Neighborhood Commercial to General Commercial and a zone change from C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) to C-2 (General Commercial). The property is located at 4065 S 5600 W and 5568 W 4100 S on 1.79 acres. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments. DATED this 11 day of January 2022.
