- PUBLIC NOTICE 01/10/2022 Invitation for Bids The City of St. George is requesting proposals for: City of St. George Reconnaissance Level Survey of St. George Downtown Core Area All proposals must be plainly marked with RFP#: 21-125 on the outside of a sealed envelope. Envelopes must be sent to the following location: City of St. George Community Development Attn: Carol Davidson; RFP #21-125 175 East 200 North St. George, UT 84770 Proposals must either be mailed in ahead of time (preferred) or dropped off via the drive through window at City Hall. Please note that any late proposals for any reason will NOT be accepted. Proposals will be accepted until Friday February 11th at 5:00pm local time. Those on the distribution list will receive a link ahead of time to view the bid opening remotely. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularity. All bids will be subject to additional review and calculation by City Staff to ensure that standards have been met. Exceptions may be granted based on proposed lead time.
