Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. In the following order: 1) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 10, chapter 15, table 10-15, 'Residential Site Development Standards', setback standards for accessory building with a height greater than 12 feet. 2) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 10, chapter 44-2, titled 'Fences, Walls, and Retaining Walls'.
