- NOTICE OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL TOUR Salem City has called a special tour with Salem City Council on Thursday January 13, 2022 at 8:30 a.m., meeting at the Salem City Office, 30 West 100 South, Salem Utah. DATE: January 13, 2022 TIME: 8:30 a.m. AGENDA 1. The City Council members will be departing at 8:30 a.m. from the Salem City Offices on a tour of Public Safety Buildings in Utah County.
