CALL IN INFORMATION: Meeting call in # 435-676-9000 participant code 168030# (This is a local call within the South Central service area) CALL MEETING TO ORDER & WELCOME: CONSENT AGENDA: Approval of MBA Minutes for December 28, 2021 REGULAR AGENDA: 1. PUBLIC HEARING TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT REGARDING (A) THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF NOT MORE THAN $2,000,000 AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF LEASE REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2022, (THE 'BONDS') AND (B) ANY POTENTIAL ECONOMIC IMPACT THAT THE PROJECT DESCRIBED HEREIN TO BE FINANCED WITH THE PROCEEDS OF THE BONDS ISSUED UNDER THE ACT MAY HAVE ON THE PRIVATE SECTOR; AND RELATED MATTERS Closed Session - Discussing an individual's character, professional competence, or physical or mental health. - Strategy sessions to discuss collective bargaining, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, or the purchase, exchange lease or sale of real property. - Discussions regarding security personnel, devices or systems. - Investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal misconduct.
