The Nibley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following items which will be discussed and considered:
Public Hearing for Ridgeline Park Phases 4-10 Preliminary Plat, containing 333 residential units (mix of single-family, townhome and condo units), located at approximately 250 W 3200 S. (Applicant: Visionary Homes)
Public Hearing for Nibley Meadows Preliminary Plat, containing 273 residential units (mix of single-family and townhome units), located at approximately 1000 W 3200 S. (Applicant: 7 Point Royal, LLC)
When: January 20, 2022, at 6:30 p. m.
Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S, Nibley, Utah
