PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Coalville City Planning Commission Public Hearing Chalk Creek View Three Lot Subdivision Preliminary Plat 251 South Beacon Hill Drive (AMILL-1-AM) Public notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to review, discuss, receive comment, and possibly recommend the proposed Chalk Creek View Three Lot Subdivision Preliminary Plat, 251 S Beacon Hill Drive (AMILL-1-AM), on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Coalville City Hall located at 10 North Main Street. The proposed Preliminary Plat requires a recommendation from the Planning Commission. All interested persons may attend. Questions, comments, or correspondence should be addressed to Coalville City.
