Carver, Florek & James audit review 4. 2022 Financial Risk Assessments Schedule CLOSED SESSION Motion to adjourn to closed session, if necessary, for reasons permitted under UCA 52-4-205. 1. Pending Audits 2. Fraud & Ethics Hotline 3. Recurring Audit Work Review RECONVENE Action taken, if any, regarding matters discussed in closed session.
