NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments and make possible recommendation to the City Council on a proposed ordinance update relating to water conservation standards. This City-initiated ordinance is being proposed in response to requirements at the water provider level.
The hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 19th, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. Interested community members may attend and/or make public comments in person or via Zoom.

For those who cannot attend the meeting in-person or virtually, but still wish to provide public comment, written comments should be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on January 18th, 2022-- the day before the meeting. These comments, as well as any other project inquiries, should be directed to Samantha DeSeelhorst, Associate Planner & Sustainability Analyst, at sdeseelhorst@ch.utah.gov or 801-944-7069.
Please note that comments received by the above deadline will be entered into the record and distributed to the Planning Commission prior to the meeting. Comments received after this deadline will be distributed to the Commissioners after the meeting.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Councilmember will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
