- Public notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of South Salt Lake will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers located in City Hall at 220 East Morris Avenue on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 7:00 pm or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of reviewing and taking action on the following: An application for a preliminary plat approval for a subdivision plat amendment to subdivide one existing parcel into two parcels located at 41-93 West 3300 South. 15-25-477-041-0000 is located at 41-93 West 3300 South. The application is made by Roderick Enterprises, on behalf of Brighton Bank. Notice is further given that the public is invited to attend and present oral and/or written testimony regarding these petitions to the Department of Community Development. In compliance with Americans with disabilities act, individuals needing auxiliary communicative aids or other services for this meeting should contact Eliza Ungricht at 801.483.6013 or eungricht@sslc.gov, giving at least 24 hours' notice.
