- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct public hearings on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the following projects: - Pacen Hollow Subdivision Preliminary Plan: Request by Alani Fua for approval of a four-lot subdivision on Utah County Parcel 08:155:0007 located at 294 North 800 East in the R-1-7.5, Residential Zone. - Spring Hollow Zone Change: Request by Rob McNeel to change the zoning on Utah County Parcel 29:023:0023 located at 1278 South 1950 West. The applicant is requesting an R-1-10 Residential zoning designation and the property is currently zoned A-5-H (Annexation Holding Zone). The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
