Description/Agenda: NOTICE The Kamas City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 to receive public comments regarding a possible Conditional Use Permit for Parcel KT-94-B pursuant to Section 15.23.040 of the Kamas Municipal Code. The property is located at approximately 30 S Main Street. The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to move the existing Communication Tower to the front of the property. A Conditional Use Permit is required for any structure over 27 feet as referenced in 15.14.030 of the Kamas Municipal Code. The in-person meeting will begin at 6:00 pm. In compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this hearing should notify the City Clerk (783-4630) at least 3 days prior to the hearing.
