- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Monroe City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 18, 2021, at the Monroe City Hall, 10 North Main Street, Monroe, Utah which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the following proposed subdivision: 1) Cornerstone Subdivision - located at approximately 820 S Jones Road - Submitted by Randy Draper 2) Tree Lane Subdivision - located at approximately 350 N 300 W - submitted by Nathan Young Allison H.
