- THE COUNCIL WILL BE PARTICIPATING BY ELECTRONIC MEANS FROM VARIOUS LOCATIONS. WILL BE BROADCAST ON YOUTUBE. 1- Call to order. 2- Roll call. 3- Public Comment. 4- Approval of the minutes from December 2, 2021. 5- Update on Rio Grand Hotel. 6- Discussion and possible approval of allowing Anthony Torez to place a school project bench on Main Street. 7- Discussion and possible approval of contract approving criminal services with Tristan Thomas. 8- Update on First Friday. 9- Update on UNITA Railroad. 10- Discussion and possible approval of request for sealed proposals for renting 69 S. Main 11- Discussion and possible approval of allowing Saturday Vibes an extension on noise ordinance until 10:30 pm on event days. 12- Discussion and possible approval of renting Old City Hall Suite 102 to Saturday Vibes. Reports only from Council Members and Department Heads. Adjournment:
