Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi. The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on a zone change request by Priority Homes, LLC and Double Cousins Investments, LLC for property located at approximately 800 N. to 900 N. and 100 W. to 300 W. from R2-Z overlay zone to a R1-8 with a PUD overlay zone. A map of the area is available for review during regular office hours at City Hall.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Glenn Greenhalgh at 435-623-3401. RAMPS ARE AVAILABLE FOR USE ON THE NORTH ENTRANCE OF 21 EAST 100 NORTH
