Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL will hold a regular council meeting on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Swear in Thomas G. Bailey as Wellsville City Mayor 9. Swear in Kaylene Ames as Wellsville City Councilwoman 10. Swear in Austin V. Wood as Wellsville City Councilman 11. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearing; a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for possible approval of the preliminary plan for the Wild Plum Estates Subdivision consisting of 4 lots total, located at 91 West 300 North. Tax Id. #11-079-0015 b. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for possible approval the concept plan for the 300 North Subdivision consisting of 5 lots total, located at approximately 290 North 100 East. Tax Id. #11-083-0009 c. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Bartholomew/Cooper Subdivision consisting of 2 lots total, located at approximately 590 South 200 East. Tax Id. #10-041-0037 d. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for possible approval of the preliminary plan for the Bridle Path Estates Subdivision consisting of 130 lots total, located at approximately 7625 South Highway 89/91.
