- LEWISTON CITY Planning and Zoning Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a P&Z Meeting on the 4th day of January 2022 at the Lewiston City Council Room at 29 South Main St., Lewiston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening remarks - Review and approval of the minutes of the December 7, 2021, meeting 2. Business - Rod Hammer - Building Permit - Carport - Approval - 381 N. Main St. - Dyrt Development - Business License - Approval - Howard Creger - Replace Residence - Discussion - 550 S. 2400 W. - 2022 Chairman and Vice Chairman Nomination 3. Other Business - Vice Chairman Rod Garner - Town Business o Business Park - Phase 4 - Final Plat Approval o Municipal Codes - Discussion Storage Containers Properties SFD Building Requirements Lot-Split Subdivision - P&Z Administrator Stephannie Davis - City Inspect Training Reminder - February 1, 2022 - Paper Reducing Meetings in 2022 4.
