The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearing; a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for possible approval of the preliminary plan for the Wild Plum Estates Subdivision consisting of 4 lots total, located at 91 West 300 North. Tax Id. #11-079-0015 b. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for possible approval the concept plan for the 300 North Subdivision consisting of 5 lots total, located at approximately 290 North 100 East. Tax Id. #11-083-0009 c. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Bartholomew/Cooper Subdivision consisting of 2 lots total, located at approximately 590 South 200 East. Tax Id. #10-041-0037 d. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for possible approval of the preliminary plan for the Bridle Path Estates Subdivision consisting of 130 lots total, located at approximately 7625 South Highway 89/91.
