- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Low Impact Permit Koleman Park Bruce Dickens, Snyderville Basin Special Recreation District (SBSRD) Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly recommend a Low Impact Permit for the Koleman Park, located at 4120 State Road 224, just off Old Ranch Road and adjacent to the Shadow Mountain subdivision. The public hearing will be held: Tuesday, June 14, 2011, 6:00 PM Sheldon Richins Building 1885 W Ute Blvd (formerly 6505 North Landmark Dr.), Park City, Utah The applicant, Bruce Dickens on behalf of the SBSRD, is requesting approval of a Low Impact Permit for a ten (10) acre community park on parcel PP-102-D-7-X.
