AMERICAN FORK RIVER DEBRIS BASIN ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD MEETING AGENDA THURSDAY, JANUARY 6, 2022 NOTICE is hereby given that the American Fork River Debris Basin Administrative Board will meet in a regular session on Thursday, January 6, 2022, in the Highland City Conference Room, 5400 Civic Center Drive, Suite 100, Highland, Utah commencing at 12:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ACTION ITEMS 1) ACTION TO APPOINT A CHAIRMAN AND VICE CHAIRMAN OF THIS BOARD FOR THE 2022 CALENDAR YEAR. 2) ACTION TO APPOINT A SECRETARY OF THIS BOARD FOR THE 2022 CALENDAR YEAR. 3) ACTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 7, 2021, MEETING. 4) ACTION TO APPROVE INVOICES FOR PAYMENT a) Horrocks - Outlet Modification Design - $2,400.00 b) Horrocks - Outlet Modification Design - $5,599.50 c) Horrocks - Outlet Modification Design - $ 459.00 d) JoAnn Scott - Lunch invoice DISCUSSION ITEMS: 5) PROPOSED BUDGET FOR THE UPCOMING FISCAL YEAR. 6) OUTLET STRUCTURE DESIGN.
