- Notice of a Public Hearing The City Council will hold public hearings on Tuesday, January 18th, at 6:00 p.m. - Policy 39 Amendments. Amendments to Policy 39 of the Spanish Fork City Construction Standards. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 40 South Main Street in Spanish Fork. If you have any questions or comments concerning this request, please contact Kimberly Brenneman at 801.804.4580 or by email at kbrenneman@spanishfork.org. Written questions and comments will be forwarded to the Planning Commission and City Council.
