Meeting Called to Order: Invocation by Invitation; Pledge of Allegiance B. Appointments: 1. Judge Myers to swear in the newly elected Mayor and City Councilmembers 2. Reappoint and swearing-in of City Recorder, Deputy City Recorder, and City Treasurer (2-year appointments) C. Presentation: 1. Employee of the Year D. Consent Agenda: (Items on the consent agenda may not require discussion. These items will be a single motion unless removed at the request of the Mayor or City Council.) 1. Declarations of conflict of interest 2. Agenda 3. Approval of LVC section 1-6-4; Public Official Bond and/or Insurance Coverage 4. Meeting Minutes: November 10, 2021, special meeting, November 17, 2021, and December 1, 2021, regular meeting minutes 5. Checks and Invoices: $317,714.66 E. Citizen Comment & Request for Future Agenda Items: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. This item is reserved for the citizens of La Verkin who have items not listed on this agenda. There is a time limit of 20 minutes with each individual taking no more than 3 minutes. F. Business: 1. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. R-2022-01; a resolution revising and updating the cemetery fee schedule, and certain procedures and operations, for the City of La Verkin, as provided in the La Verkin City Code.
