RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 13, 2022 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Tracie Maynard is requesting approval of a Home Occupation for 'Simple Smiles Teeth Whitening' to be located in an existing home at 2078 W. Bamberger Drive. - Lisa Robbins is requesting approval of a Home Occupation for 'Dainty Delights' an in-home bakery, to be located in an existing home at 12884 S. Tortoise Lane. - Jeffrey Bernson representing My Storage Riverton, LLC is requesting a conditional use for storage units in the Commercial Gateway Zone. The proposed site is about 2.1-acres located at 13487 S. Rosecrest Road. - Kim Williford is requesting a rezone of 0.51-acres located at 3479 West 12600 South. The current zoning is C-N (Commercial Neighborhood), the requested zoning is C-PO (Commercial Professional Office). - Kim and Brett Yadon are requesting a conditional use permit for a Short-Term Rental to be in an existing home at 12968 Prairie Hill Circle. - John Henrie is requesting a conditional use permit for a private lane to serve up to 3-lots, proposed at 12984 South Sunday Drive. This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3138. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
