- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Thursday, December 30, 2021, at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. ROLL CALL. 2. READING/APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES. 3. REPORT OF OFFICERS - BOARDS - COMMITTEES. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. 5. NEW BUSINESS. 6. DISCUSSION ITEMS: a. Review and Discussion of Building Permits Regulations, Performance Bonds and Contractor Checklists. b. Review and Discussion of proposed Cottage Home Ordinance. c.
