Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Thursday, January 13, 2022, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315. The purpose of the public hearings is to consider the following requests: 1. Consider a recommendation for a rezone request for the property located at 4512 W 5500 S from the R-1 Zone to the R-4 Zone for Kyle Roberts. 2. Consider a recommendation for final approval of the Parker Estates Subdivision located at approximately 6300 West 6000 South for H.L. Parker Farms. All interested parties are invited to attend.
